Welcome to the Support Center

In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, UNIRAZAK utilises a support ticket system called Assistance Tracking System (ATS). Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

Any support request will be attended to within 24 hours during weekdays. Support request submitted on weekend or public holiday will be attended to on the next working day.

To better serve you, we encourage our customer to register for an account. 

Our students can register using their current matric number and email ID, then login to this ATS using the matric number and password (same login ID and password used for SIS)
